In our five day program we have tried to include some of the best experiences that Bangkok offers the visitor and yet allow plenty of leisure time to discover the city and its splendors on your own. We’ve got it covered, all services on a private transportation basis (so you do not have to wait for anyone else) from the breathtaking grandeur of the Grand Palace to a floating dinner on a converted rice-barge, from a visit to the famous floating market to a Thai Cooking lesson where a small group of participants learn the secrets of preparing food in a stylish Thai kitchen.

Daily Itinerary
- Day 1 Bangkok - Upon arrival in bangkok, you will be met and transferred to your selected hotel. Bangkok is the capital of the fabled Kingdom of Siam (modern day Thailand) and boasts a culture more than 1300 years old, its temples and palaces are a fantasy in store, a land with natural beauty and a people whose ingenious friendliness is a legend. Rest of day at leisure.
- Day 2 Bangkok - Breakfast in the hotel. This morning you will visit three of the most unusual Buddhist temples in Bangkok: Wat Trimitr with its invaluable Golden Buddha (5.5 tons of solid gold) – Wat Po, the most extensive temple in Bangkok, with its colossal Reclining Buddha and the Chedis of the Kings. Then to the Grand Palace, ancient of the Kings of Thailand and one of the most beautiful samples of an ancient Siamese court. Visit the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House, and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple. Rets of the afternoon at leisure. This evening enjoy a superb Asian dinner while slowly drifting along the riverside of the Menam Chao Phya on the Manohra One rice barge boat. Whilst dining on a luxury style converted river barge, you will get a first hand impression of the scenic riverlife by night.
- Day 3 Bangkok - Breakfast in the hotel. Early morning excursion to the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Located 110 kms west of Bangkok, it is a very attractive place for tourists to see the old style and traditional way of selling and buying fruits, vegetables, etc., from small boats. You will also see traditional Thai houses, the way people live and travel by boats. The tour includes a visit to Nakorn Pathom, site of the highest Chedi in Thailand called “Phra Patom Chedi” which is the largest pagoda in Southeast Asia. Rest of day at leisure
- Day 4 Bangkok - Breakfast in the hotel. Morning Thai Cooking lesson at Baipai Thai Cooking School, an ideal home-style learning environment that is different from most of the hotels and restaurants in Thailand. There is no better way to learn Thai cooking once you are in Thailand and taking a Thai cooking class, taught by qualified Thai personnel. The course is completely hand-on and conducted in English, an opportunity to really drive into the joy of cooking and try your hands at becoming Thai cooks. The course includes recipe book and your own cooked lunch. Rest of day at leisure to continue exploring this magical city.
- Day 5 Bangkok - Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight back home or continue with one of the many programs we offer to visit the rest of the country.
