Bahrain is the most accessible of the countries in the Persian Gulf region and offers a pleasant mix of Arab culture and Western conveniences. Although it does not have historical ruins nor spectacular attractions, visitors can enjoy Bahrain's traditional ways and bargaining in a souk or relax at one of its comfortable, modern hotels.
