Organize Your own Group and Travel for Free
If you are you able to get 10 people or more to travel with you on one of our programs or on an itinerary of your choice, we can work together to design a unique and memorable visit to your selected destination and you will travel for free as a “Tour Host”.
Once we have agreed on the program and booked space both on the air and at the destination on the dates and level of services desired, we will help you setting up the promotional material needed to pass the word out and invite others to join your group. The itinerary will clearly list what is included (and what is not included), along with price, dates and terms and conditions.
Your main responsibility is just to promote your group, and spread the web page information about the trip to everyone you know. You do not need to be an expewrt on the destination as the tour escort who will meet your group on arrival is a highly trained professional and will be with you at all times, leaving you free to enjoy your trip and take care of the needs of your friends.
