Explora In Atacama - Silence and Views - 4D/3N Minimum

Explora Atacama is a sophisticated oasis of calm and relaxation and it has several excursion choices for each day, which can be chosen depending on weather conditions and the visitor’s wishes. These can be done in a vehicle, horse back, on foot or by bicycle, always guided by an expert. Salt flats, lagoons, geysers, sand, rocks and mountains create a surreal landscape. San Pedro de Atacama’s gifts to visitors are starry nights, flora and fauna.

Included: Transfer from the airport to the Explora Lodge located in Atacama - Hotel Explora Lodge – Full Board and open bar during the whole program - Dining room open until 21:00 - Bilingual guides –Daily excursions including vehicles and meals during excursions. There are various options of excursions for the passengers to choose from – Transfer SIB from lodge to the Calama Airport (arrival to airport between 11:00 and 13:00 hrs.). Transfer length is around 90 minutes - Family rates for children (until 18 years old) accompanied by their parents (subject to availability, children in separate room not applicable to single room).

Not Included: Any airfares - Passport and visa expenses - Any personal expenses and any items not specifically mentioned as included in the program.

Day by day Itinerary:

  • Day 1 Calama - Explora in Atacama - Arrival at Calama airport and transfer to Explora Lodge in the Atacama. Passengers arriving in flights after 09:00 PM will not be served dinner, but will get a snack in their rooms instead. Overnight.
  • Day 2-3 or 2-4 or 2-8 Explora in Atacama Full Board. There are several daily excursions options each day, which may be chosen according to the climate and your wishes. These excursions can either be by van, on horseback, on foot, by boat or by bicycle, and always accompanied by an expert guide. (B, L, D)
  • Day 4, 5, or 9 - Explora in Atacama – Calama - Transfer to Calama Airport for your departure flight.
