This is the Africa of the movies! Gabon is real African jungle, with mysterious rivers meandering through a dense forest filled with the chatter of monkeys and birds. Even Libreville, the capital, looks like it has been recently hacked out by machete from the tangle of the jungle!

Gabon is rich in oil and other natural resources, so it prosperous is and secure, albeight expensive for travelers with Libreville one of world's most expensive cities.
