Guatemala Tailor-Made Itineraries
The birthplace of the Maya! Where even today jaguars roar and roam and crocodiles lurk! Where you can zip through the jungle canopy while howler monkeys howl! It’s all there in the Peten, Guatemala’s largest and northernmost department. Guatemala is fast becoming one of the hottest “undiscovered” regions of the world. Few places around the globe offer the world of choices that travelers can experience in Central America, from the cobblestone streets of colonial Antigua, the fabulous colors of the Chichi Market, the stunning beauty of volcano-ringed Lake Atitlan, and the solemn Maya ruins of Tikal.

Estimating Tailor-made Trip Costs - Tour costs will vary depending upon the level of accommodation desired, types of transportation used, extra services and inclusions, meals, length of program, etc. As a general rule, in Guatemala and Honduras tour prices will vary between $150 per person per day for economy-class hotels (including private land transfers, private guiding and tours, internal flights, accommodation, breakfasts, lunches on tours, and local taxes) to $250 or more per person per day for the same services but in luxury hotels. Hotels listed here are considered luxury hotels. These cost estimates are based on private services for 2 people (sharing a room). If the group size is larger, fixed costs such as transportation and guides will be shared between more people and the price would tend to be lower. These estimates are only general guidelines; please ask for an actual quotation before assuming any costs for your trip.
