Il Borgo di Vescine - Tuscany - Italy
Borgo di Vèscine is a XIII century Etruscan village, the ancient dwellings of which have been transformed into charming guest rooms - The XIII century village of Vèscine is situated in the heart of the Chianti region and is now a Country Relais, conserving the original structure of the mediaeval village in perfect harmony with the surrounding countryside. Location - Il Borgo di Vescine is one of the most fascinating places in the Chianti valley; a Relais, where the original structure of the medieval village has been retained in perfect harmony with the surrounding countryside. Il Borgo di Vescine is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico “Gallo Nero” territory, famous throughout the world for its wines, vineyards and wine cellars. In addition, the village lies between two important Tuscan cities of art: Siena is just 20 km away and Florence is 42 km away.

Aromatic herbs growing naturally in this region allow our Chef to recreate old country recipes with a delicate harmony of flavors; historic dishes, dressed with the extravergin olive oil which we are so proud of, are accompanied by our superb Chianti Classico and Chianti Classico Riserva wines.
Cooking Class - We offer a very interesting idea for anyone who wishes to learn the secrets of the Tuscan Cuisine and in particular “the real chiantigiana cooking” . The courses are held by our Chef who will demonstrate the recipes, with the partecipants actively taking part. During the lesson the partecipants will enjoy the dishes they have prepared themselves accompanied by Vèscine wines.
Sport and leisure - At Borgo di Vèscine you can relax by the beautiful panoramic swimming pool overlooking the entire valley, play tennis on the private tennis court, go horse-riding at the nearby stables or visit the surrounding area on mountain bikes reserved for our guests.
