Included: Accommodation with full board meals starting with lunch on day 1 and ending with lunch on day 10 - Transfers/tours with English speaking local guide except 4 day Vat Phou Cruise with English/French assistance of cruise escort - Domestic air tickets Pakse/Vientiane/Luang Prabang - Domestic airport taxes - All entrance fees and boat fee - Service charges, room tax and baggage handling.

  • Day 1 Saturday / Monday / Wednesday Bangkok – Saraburi - Korat (L/D) - Morning departure from Bangkok by private air-conditioned car/minibus/coach for Saraburi. Visit Phra Buddha Badh with its shrine of the holy footprint of Lord Buddha and large number of temple bells surrounding temple compound. Then drive onto to visit Wat Theppithak with its huge seated Buddha located on hillside and fruit market at Klang Dong. Lunch at local restaurant. Dinner and overnight at Royal Princess Korat Hotel.
  • Day 2 Sunday / Tuesday / Thursday Korat – Phnom Rung – Muangtham – Surin (B/L/D) - American Breakfast. Depart for Wat Prasat Phnom Rung, the most important Khmer Temple complex in Thailand. Continue to Surin. Dinner and accommodation at the ThongTarin Hotel.
  • Day 3 Monday / Wednesday / Friday Surin - Ubon Ratchathani (B/L/D) - American Breakfast. Leave the hotel to visit Khao Phra Viharn. Walking tour of Phra Viharn temple, situated on top of Phnom Donrak mountain range, forming border between Thailand and Cambodia. Dinner and accommodation at Thosaeng Ubon hotel.
  • Day 4 Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday Ubon Ratchathani - Pakse – Vat Phou (Cruise down) (B/L/D) - American Breakfast. Transfer to Chong Mek (Thai-Lao border) After immigration/customs clearance at the Thai-Laos side, transfer to Lao – Nippon Bridge, cross the bridge to Pakse. As dusk falls board the Vat Phou for a relaxing cruise down-river, enjoying the tropical sunset on the deck. Dinner is served on board, while the boat docks for the night alongside a remote Laotian village.
  • Day 5 Wednesday / Friday / Sunday Huei Thamo - Oum Moung Temple - Khong Island (B/L/D) - Breakfast on board as well as sail for the village of Huei Thamo. Back on board for a sunset cruise and a quiet dinner, u under the stars, serenaded by the songs by the songs of the buffalo toads.
  • Day 6 Thursday / Saturday / Monday Ban Veuthong / the “Niagara of the East” / Xieng Di / Pakse (B/L/) - Breakfast on the deck, while cruising to the small village of Ban Veuthong, where we board a local car-ferry to reach the mainland and the amazingly scenic splendor of the Khong Pha Peng waterfall, “the Niagara of the East”, close to the Cambodian border. Transfer to Champa Residence Hotel. Dinner and accommodation at the Champa Residence Hotel.
  • Day 7 Friday / Sunday / Tuesday Pakse – Vientiane (B/L/D) - Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport for flight to Vientiane. Depart Vientiane by QV 202. Arrive Vientiane, transfer to visit Hophrakeo and Patousay (The Arc of Triumph). Check in at the Novotel Hotel and lunch. Afternoon visit to Wat Si Saket, That Luang Stupa, Wat Si Muang and local market. Dinner at the Kua Lao restaurant. Accommodation at the Novotel Hotel. (standard room).

  • Day 8 Saturday / Monday / Wednesday Vientiane – Luang Prabang (B/L/D) - Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Depart Vientiane by QV 012. Arrive Luang Prabang, transfer to Villa Santi Hotel or similar. Lunch at hotel. Sightseeing of Luang Prabang including visits to Wat Visoun, Wat Aham, Wat May, Wat That Luang and climb up to Wat Phousy on the top of the hill overlooking the Mekong River. Dinner and accommodation at the Villa Santi Hotel.
  • Day 9 Sunday / Tuesday / Thursday Luang Prabang (B/L/D) - Breakfast. Visit Wat Xieng Thong, the most beautiful temple, then take the traditional boat trip upstream on the Mekong river to visit the famous caves of Pak-Ou, located at the side of the steep cliff on the bank of the Mekong River housing hundreds of Buddha statues. Picnic lunch. Visit en route local rice-wine distillery and Ban Phanom weaving village. Dinner and accommodation at the Villa Santi Hotel.
  • Day 10 Monday / Wednesday / Friday Luang Prabang - Bangkok (B/L) - Breakfast. Visit local market and National museum the former Royal Palace, was built by the French for King Sisavang Vong. The pride of the in-house collection is the famous Phra Bang Buddha image. Lunch at local restaurant. Transfer to airport for your departing flight.
