  • Tue., 02/26 Gan/Maldives, in the roads from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Wed., 02/27 Male/Maldives, from 1:00 pm to 12:00 midnight
Small islands and atolls are scattered throughout the beautiful turquoise water, and you would jump into the air with happiness if it weren’t for the fact that you are in the air already in the waterplane over Male*. There is also plenty of time for a wonderful beach experience.
  • Thurs., 02/28 Kuramati/Maldives, in the roads from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
The cocos are gently rocking in the wind, and look out into the sea from a remote beach: your paradise today is called Kuramati. Look forward to peace and quiet and relaxation and explore the wonderful snorkelling spots.
  • Fri., 02/29 Relax at sea
  • Sat., 03/01 Colombo/Sri Lanka, from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm
It is a little bit crazy, the busy capital of Sri Lanka, where “no problem” is a common expression. Colonial buildings, temples for Buddha and Shiva or a visit to the posh district Cinnamon Gardens, here you can find everything your heart desires. Kandy* on the other hand is very different. It was the capital of the last Singhalese kingdom until 1815 and accommodates the country’s most sacred object: a canine tooth of Buddha. This makes this city in the middle of the green rainforest one of Buddhism’s most important places of pilgrimage, which you too will honour with your visit after you have seen the orphanage for elephants.
  • Sun., 03/02 - Mon., 03/03 Relax at sea
  • Tue., 03/04 Port Blair/Andamanes, from 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm
Be surprised about what can happen to a former British penal colony: Port Blair is the largest town in the Andamanes and the historic prison Cellular Jail is now a national monument. Take a city sightseeing tour* and stop off at the Anthropological Museum , where you can learn all about the history of the island. Discover the peaceful way in which nature conquers an island on your boat trip to Ross Island*. Not much is left of the former headquarters of the British - but vegetation is all the more lush.
  • Wed., 03/05 Relax at sea
  • Thurs., 03/06 Phuket/Thailand, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
As you open your eyes, the COLUMBUS has already arrived at the “pearl of the Andamanes Sea “. Magnificent beaches and bays invite you to spend a wonderful day that may include a trip to Phang Nga Bay and its James Bond rocks*. Take the galley to the picture book scenery of chalk rocks, mangroves woods and tiny little islands and take a look at the rock finger, which became famous because it featured in the film “The man with the golden gun”.
  • Fri., 03/07 Penang/Malaysia, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Penang’s temples* truly deserve to be honoured. The temple of the 10,000 Buddhas, Kek Lok Si, is one of the most beautiful sacred places in Malaysia, and the 33 m long lying Buddha at Wat Chaiya Mangkalaram is also impressive. The island panorama* gives you an insight into the life of the island’s inhabitants. Look forward to a treat when you visit the butterfly farm.
  • Sat., 03/08 Port Kelang (Kuala Lumpur)/Malaysia, arrival 7:00 am
    Individual departure
