New Zealand Cape.Probably, the best way to independently travel in New Zealand is by self-drive car as it allows you to be mobile at all times, to stop whenever you want and to visit to your heart’s content! New Zealand is a fairly small country with an excellent road system and the tours listed here are pre-planned itineraries with accommodation and car starting from major cities and can be combined to discover this beautiful country at your own pace. All passengers booked on our self drive itineraries are provided with an excellent touring map and a guide to driving in and around New Zealand. You can legally drive in New Zealand for up to 12 months if you have a current driver’s license from your home country, but remember to drive on the left. This classic self-drive tour visits Christchurch, Arthur Pass, lake Tekapo and Queenstown. This is a special product created for the traveler requiring that little bit “extra” in a self drive itinerary. Carefully selected “Lodge” style accommodation is featured in itineraries that takes in the full splendor of New Zealand.

INCLUDED: Car rental for the days of the tour as per itinerary. Unlimited kilometers and Vehicle Insurance (subject to an insurance excess). Rates are calculated on a 24 hour period. Rental Cars: For 01-03 Persons Based on a CCAR Toyota Corolla or similar 1.6 litre, 5 door automatic hatchback with air-conditioning. For 04 Persons Based on a FCAR Ford Falcon or similar 3.0 litre, 4 door automatic with air-conditioning. Accommodation as specified per your selection with private facilities. Meals (if any) as mentioned in the program (B,L,D).
