Note: The Luxury Cruise of Vivada departs every Friday at 1400 Hrs. and returns to Kolkata by 1100 Hrs. on Monday. The Cabins in this Luxury Ship has been categorized into 2 parts – The Luxury Cabins and The Deluxe Cabins. The Price of this package is based on Luxury Cabins, the most expensive cabins of the Ship.

Day per Day Itinerary:

• Day 1 Arrive Delhi - Welcome to India. You will be received at the airport in a traditional manner and proceed to your hotel for overnight.
• Day 2 Delhi - Morning tour of Old Delhi to discover the colorful history of Old Delhi which goes back thousands of years. Visits include Chandani Chowk or Silver Square (once the centre of Delhi) and The Red Fort (Delhi’s most magnificent monument). Afternoon visit to The Qutab Minar. (B)
• Day 3 Delhi / Varanasi - Transfer to the domestic airport for the flight to Varanasi. A representative will receive you at Varanasi Airport and take you to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Evening visit to the Dasaswamedh Ghat to witness Ganga Aarti (Evening Prayer). The aarti starts just after sunset, with a bunch of young men choreographing to the chantings, holding the lamps. As the aarti begins, men take their positions at the platform and begin swinging the lamp to the tune of chantings making it one of the most beautiful memories to capture with your cameras.
• Day 4 Varanasi - Just before dawn when the east starts turning from dark to orange, we will take you for the famed Boat Ride on the River Ganges. As the sun moves upwards, you will see more and more people walking on the ghats to have a dip in the Ganges, pray to Sun God and perform morning meditations. Afternoon visit to Sarnath where the Buddha preached his first discourse in the deer park to set in motion the ‘Wheel of the Dharma’.
• Day 6 Khajuraho / Agra - After a relaxed morning, transfer you to the airport. Arrive in Khajuraho and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon guided tour of the unique Temples of Khajuraho bilt by the Chandela Rajput kings of Central India. Evening return to your hotel for overnight.
• Day 6 Khajuraho / Agra - Morning drive down to Jhansi to take the train to Agra. En route visit Orchha, the former capital of the Bundela dynasty and an architectural gem. Arrive at Agra Railway Station and transfer to your hotel for overnight.
• Day 7 Agra - Early morning visit of the Taj Mahal to enjoy its Sunrise View. The Taj Mahal is the jewel of Muslim art in India, a white-splendored tomb was by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his favourite wife, Arjumand Banu Begum, better known as Mumtaz Mahal (”Chosen of the Palace”). Afternoon tour of Agra Fort, a citadel of the past that has witnessed centuries slip by. Built in red stone, the Agra fort stretches almost two kilometres on the bank of the Yamuna. Evening at leisure. Overnight at your hotel.
• Day 8 Agra /Kolkata - Morning drive to Delhi airport. Arrive at at Kolkata airport and transfer to your hotel for overnight.
• Day 9 Kolkata - Morning visit of the picturesque flower market of Calcutta then, across the famous Howarh bridge, you will take a ferry to an interesting artist’s quarter. After lunch inspection of the Potash temple, The Victoria Memorial, The Saint Pauls cathedral and the Botanical Garden. Return to your hotel for overnight.
• Day 10 Kolkata / Vivada Cruise - Morning transfer to Millennium Park Jetty to board the Hrs. M.V.Paramhamsa. The cruiser sails along the beautiful Ganges passing through various heritage sites. Guests can unwind, relax, soak in the beauty of the river, read books in the library, interact with artisans or take an ayurvedic massage. The cruiser drops anchor at Namkhana for the night.
• Day 11 Cruise - During the day guests experience the lifestyle of people in Sunderbans, their traditions, culture and the rich biodiversity of the region. The crusier navigates through the narrow creek of Hatania-Doania to the exotic Sunderbans Tiger Reserve where myriads of rivers and creeks will unfold gradually. This is the world’s largest tiger reserve in any single reserve forest. The vessel will drop anchor at some of the exotic islands of Sunderbans for a canopy walk and visits to the watch towers. Before sunset, the cruiser will anchor at Bali, a beautiful Sunderban village.
• Day 12 Cruise - The cruiser will head back on its journey to Kolkata.
• Day 13 Cruise / Delhi - The cruiser will reach Kolkata. Evening transfer to the airport. Arrive in Delhi airport and transfer to your hotel for overnight.
• Day 14 Delhi / Return - Day at leisure. Evening transfer to the International Airport.
