AIR RESERVATION - As with the hotels, we have contracted “Bulk Fare Seats” with many airlines. These are high discount tickets on regular flights and are available to us in specific classes of service. We offer these air rates for your consideration and you can elect to use us for your air booking or to buy your ticket directly with the airline, any travel agent or use your frequent flyer mileage points.

HOTEL RESERVATION - Independent hotel nights can be booked in more than 5000 hotels worldwide. A choice has been made at each city selecting properties so you will not be able to find all hotels at a destination but only our contracted properties. We also handle a major Hotel Voucher Program with over 700 hotels through Europe accepting a low cost voucher for each overnight without the need to pre-book a stay.

TRANSFER SERVICES - On arrival in most major cities private transfers can be booked (both from/to airports and train stations). Services are provided by private cars with local drivers. In order to avoid mis-meetings upon first arrival from long flights, we strongly recommend that the service of an English Speaking Assistant is reserved for that transfer.

CITY TOURS - In most major cities regular tours are usually offered for the visitor. We can included any f these tours in your program but we do not book them separately and independently.

CAR RESERVATION - In most of Europe and many other Latin American, African and Asian countries we offer Car Rental with major international or local Rental Agencies. Our European rates are fully inclusive of CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), in other countries - like Costa Rica for instance - CDW must be paid locally.

LIMOUSINE SERVICE - Top Line Limousine Service with Mercedes (or similar) vehicles and uniformed English speaking chauffeurs is offered mostly in Europe and especially in Italy. Transfers, day tours are touring itineraries are prepared with these limousine for the those who want the very best in touring and attentive services

CAR / DRIVER SERVICE - Available in most main cities of the world car and driver services are for those who desire a private transfer or tour without the high cost of a full limousine service. In Latin America, Asia and Africa we can also use car and driver services to operate a normal tour: it will be a little more expensive but you will not have to wait for anyone or join in with another group.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS - This is our specialty - we have prepared itineraries for many organizations and individuals wanting specific and customized programs at their destination. We can do the same for you in most countries of the world with your selection of hotels, type of services, private tours, special visits, etc.

TOURS - We have been one of the first travel wholesalers in the early 80’s to introduce in the market the concept of GUARANTEED DEPARTURE programs. In most countries we now offer specific itineraries operated on a group basis (generally called seat-in-a-bus service) combined with some individual services to create a complete itinerary offering a Guarantee of Operation. Many regular group tours can be cancelled if a minimum number of participants does not materialize. Our Guaranteed Departure Tours will operate regardless of the number of bookings received for a specific itinerary, once we confirm the availability of the program to you, the tour will operate on the dates specified without cancellations.

GROUP TOURS - We still prepare a great number of group Tour Programs for different organizations, companies, Travel Agencies etc. to many destinations and for the most varied type of travel. Group visits have been prepared on topics including: Art, Architecture, Gourmet, Wine, Fashion, Events, Festivals and much more. Like in our customized programs, we will be able to include all services specifically needed by the organizer of the Group.

CRUISES - Here you will find most of the “different” cruise sailings in the world. Instead of the regular cruise where the emphasis is on food and relaxation, our cruises are more adventurous and will bring you close to nature. Offerings range from Galapagos Cruises to Discoveries of Costa Rica and Panama, from Amazon Jungle boating to Explorations of the Arctic and Antarctica along with “goulette” cruising in the waters of the Mediterranean.

Once we store your number (and it is stored in a separate computer not on the web server), you’ll never have to send us sensitive credit card information again so you’ll never have to send sensitive credit card information over the Internet.

With Vantage Adventures, the credit card you use will be protected from any unauthorized charges by us.

If unauthorized charges appear on your periodic statement for that card at any time within 1 month of your Vantage Adventures transaction and you are held liable for those charges, your liability will be covered up to $50—the usual limit of your liability as a cardholder—so long as certain TERMS & CONDITIONSare met.
