The tents used on these safaris are luxury, “Out of Africa” walk-in safari tents, furnished with 2 comfortable beds, linen, blankets, pillows and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. A professional, knowledgeable guide leads the safari. Your guide explains the secrets of the African bush on early morning and late afternoon activities. The guests will have time to relax and absorb the magnificent wilderness atmosphere of their secluded private bush camp. These safaris are aimed at the discerning guest who prefers to travel in style while not losing the ‘real Africa’ experience. "Under Canvas" Safaris - We provide quality 4 tent graded camping safaris for the discerning traveler to southern Africa. Scheduled safaris with accommodation in spacious dome tents aimed at travelers wanting to get close to nature and wildlife and who are searching for a rare wilderness experience in Africa. The guide and assistant/ cook take care of the camp duties including putting up and taking down the tents. Itineraries vary in length from 5 to 15 days and are suitable for clients interested in a quality, “in depth” look at the country visited.
